You have 3 business days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, it must meet the requirements below:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Item must be in the original packaging
- Must have the receipt or proof of purchase
- We can accept return only if item has manufacturing defect.
- You must mention RMA no. top of the parcel. [For example ( RMA#12345), where 12345 is your order no.]
Upon receiving your item, we will inspect it and notify you the status of your refund.
If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of purchase.
You will receive your credit when your card issuer finishes processing it.
We cannot do:
We cannot replace your current items to another item if item is not manufacturing defect.
We cannot provide refund if item is not manufacturing defect, in this case we can replace with same items.
We are not providing return shipping charges, these charges bear by you (customer).
We will not hear any complaint about wrong / incorrect / opened parcel delivery received by you after 24 hours. So you should register a complaint with us within 24 hours by Whatsapp only.
